"I love Chickahominy Bluff because they're amazing in so many ways! We are new residents and have been so impressed! We love our apartment as well as the exercise facilities, and our children can't wait to check out the pool when it gets warmer! However, our favorite thing by far has been the staff! The office staff as well as the maintenance staff have been so incredibly helpful and polite and accommodating, even down to smiling and waving every time you see someone in the parking lot or throughout the property.
